I don't think you have to know about science to write science fiction, however, you do have to have a love of it's possibilities. A love of the limitless, boundless belief in the possibility of more and beyond carries you to recesses of your imagination that I believe are a requirement in order for you to carry the reader along into and through your story. As anything in life - if you believe it to be so - you might actually convince me that it is, and in the end good story telling actually does.

Hey, Stef,
Good idea you've got here, motivating the members to express themselves about Sci-Fi. I think we're on the right track in letting the members talk just about anything they wish. And this Blog of yours is a good idea. Gotta learn more about it as I go along. Anyway my friend, I think I'll take a shot at a short Sci-fi story. Needless to say I am a Sci-fi nut. Got all the originals Star Trek series. Was never too taken up with the New Generation Stuff. I guess Characters stick with you after many years and certainly Kirk, Spock, Bones, Uhruha, Zulu and Scotty were my characters of Sci-fi. I gotta get upgrated, I guess. Even my Kids still talk about the original Startrek. They grew up with that stuff. I guess they had no choice.
Anyway talk to you later, and keep it up. Good Blog

I enjoyed the review Stefano. It was light and easy reading. To me your assessment was neither over critical nor over complimentary. You managed to grasp the point of the book, which is to orient ones mind towards success, which was the intent of the author and to me a key selling point. In my opinion your review would not be insulting in any way to the author. Keep it up...I am rushing out to buy a copy right now!
